WSF Board
WSF is governed by a board of Directors directly elected by the Annual General Meeting (AGM) after a period of 3 3-year terms. Composed of senior and experienced personalities who have contributed to the realization of WSF’s mission. The board has 4 main committees (Governance, Finance and Audit, HR, Program Development Committee) charged with supervisory, policy formulation, and strategic guidance; improving WSF functioning structures, composition and infrastructure, ensuring financial health, executive compensation, senior management succession and other key HR activities and oversight of its programs which sits on quarterly basis.

Senior Management
WSF Senior Management aims to maximize efficiency and stable progression towards WSF goals by providing: a) sound program development; b) compliance with donor regulations; and c) field-level interventions with local and international partners. Our Management team oversees programming and policy development under the Executive Director's leadership.
