WSF Board
WSF is governed by a board of Directors directly elected by the Annual General Meeting (AGM) after a period of 3 3-year terms. Composed of senior and experienced personalities who have contributed to the realization of WSF’s mission. The board has 4 main committees (Governance, Finance and Audit, HR, Program Development Committee) charged with supervisory, policy formulation, and strategic guidance; improving WSF functioning structures, composition and infrastructure, ensuring financial health, executive compensation, senior management succession and other key HR activities and oversight of its programs which sits on quarterly basis.

Senior Management
WSF Senior Management's overall goal is to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and stable progression towards achieving WSF goals and objectives by providing: a) integrated and technically sound program development and oversight; b) compliance with donor rules and regulations on implementation and management, and c) field-level interaction and intervention in partnership with existing public, private, and civil society service providers. Our Management team is also responsible for the overall administration and management of programming, development of policies, procedures, and implementation strategies, and technical decision-making and creation. Maintain strategic relationships with both local and international partners. Under the overall leadership of the Executive Director, supported by the Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) thematic Lead, and the Finance and Administration Manager (FAM).
